Carmen Electra (her real name is Tara Leigh Patrick) was on the 20th of April, 1972. She is known for her modeling, acting and singing carriers. Tara was born in the Midwestern city of Sharonville, Ohio. Her dad Harry Patrick was an entertainer and played the guitar mom Patricia was known for her singing. Carmen Electra?s mother fell ill with a brain tumor and died of the decease in 1988. Debbie Patrick, Carmen Electra?s older sister died of heart attack. She attended high-school in Sharonville. Later she attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts, in Cincinnati.

She met singer/performer Prince upon moving to California. It was due to his influence that young Tara took on the stage Carmen Electra. She signed a recording contract with Prince’s recording label. She released one album.

The year 1995, saw Carmen Electra performing in various Television programs. Carmen Electra got a role as a Baywatch Babe and appeared in MTV’s singled out. In 1996 she was approached by Playboy magazine and she appeared in their May issue that year.

Carmen Electra’s acting roles include: Good Burger in the year 1997, Scary Movie in the year 2000 and also the Scary Movie 4 in the year 2006.

In 1999, Carmen Electra featured in a music video titled ?The Inevitable Return of the Whit Dope?. Carmen Electra was also made playable character in a number of video games like Def Jam: Fight for New York, ESPN NFL 2K5 etc.

Carmen Electra joined the voice cast of Tripping the Rift- an animated series on the Sci-Fi Channel, in the year 2005. Right around this time she was also hired by Taco Bell for a series of commercials. Ritz Camera Centers also hired her as their spokes model. Carmen Electra currently appears in television and print ads along with David Ritz, the CEO of Ritz Camera Centers.

Carmen Electra got married to basket ball star Dennis Rodman in Las Vegas. After this, she continued to have a brief affair with Pamela Anderson?s ex-husband Tommy Lee.

In the year 2003, Carmen Electra married Dave Navarro who is famous for being a member of the Red Hot Chili Peppers rock band Jane?s Addiction. They appeared on the MTV reality show titled ?Till Death do us part: Carmen & Dave?. Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro announced their separation in the year 2006. Carmen Electra filed for a divorce on 10th August, 2006 which was later finalized on 20th February, 2007. This was confirmed by her representative to the Star Magazine.

Later in the year 2007, Carmen Electra was rumored to have a lesbian relationship with Joan Jett whom she claimed to be her childhood crush. But this fact was denied by the spokeswoman of Carmen Electra saying that they were just friends.

Lawyers for the Naked Women’s Wrestling League today won a round in court against Carmen Electra when a judge ruled the actress’s lawyers need to revise portions of her lawsuit demanding $300,000 for hosting several events.

The 36-year-old former “Baywatch” star, whose real name is Tara Patrick, filed her suit in Los Angeles County Court last Nov. 7. She claims NWWL bosses promised to pay her $400,000 for her appearances, but she only received $100,000.

Carmen Electra to Wed for a Third Time
Carmen Electra is set to wed for a third time after accepting former Korn rocker Rob Patterson’s Las Vegas proposal. Electra, who was previously married to basketball bad boy Dennis Rodman and rocker Dave Navarro, recently revealed she wanted to start a family with Patterson, her boyfriend of almost a year. She said, “I have pictured myself as a mother for years and look forward to fulfilling that strong desire.”

Is Carmen Electra getting cold feet about walking down the aisle with guitarist Rob Patterson? Well, not exactly, though the actress-model complains about the constant barrage of questions about their impending plans. “It’s funny, everyone else puts so much pressure, [asking], ‘When are you getting married?’ ” Electra told People at the Dodge Celebrity Challenger event at California’s Willow Springs Raceway. “If it was up to everybody else, we’d be married and divorced already.”

The couple, who became engaged in Las Vegas during her 36th birthday weekend, have been busy traveling from Dubai to New Orleans and then to Boston to meet Patterson’s parents.

Carmen Electra is a well-known American entertainer, model, television personality and actress. She has her toes and in many different performance fields but has never achieved breakout success in any single one of them. She is better known for her racy and flamboyant antics than for anything she has ever accomplished and the arts or entertainment industry.

Her real name is Tara Leigh Patrick and she was born on April 20th, in White Oak, Ohio. Her family is of German, Irish, and Native American descent. When she turned nine she went to a performance arts school, where she practiced her singing voice and dancing ability. When she was a teenager she picked up stakes and went to Minneapolis where she found work as a model for Target. She moved in with her sister. If A few years later in 1992, she relocated to LA where she immediately met the famous singer Prince, one of Minneapolis’ well-known sons.

Prince was so enamored with Tara’s look that he signed her up with his record label, Paisley Park Records, and talked her into renaming herself Carmen Electra. Prince was always renaming beautiful girls. Unfortunately, even though Prince did everything he could to help her music career, it was an abject failure. Apparently, just being easy to look at it isn’t enough.

That certainly didn’t stop her aspirations or celebrity. Carmen Electra was still nonetheless a celebrity, making appearances on TV and in motion pictures. In 1996, she posed for Hugh Hefners Playboy magazine which of course instantly boosted her Q-rating in both good and bad ways. In 1997 and 1998 she starred in the inexplicably popular TV series Baywatch, with Pamela Anderson. Well I guess it wasn’t all that hard to figure out why they got such good ratings. Also in 1997, she hosted a couple of shows on MTV. In 1998 she actually married the goofy basketball player, Dennis Rodman, and the couple was separated nine days later. Unsurprised it lasted that long. Their marriage was later annulled and they went their separate ways. In the next several years Carmen appeared and a couple of small movie roles.

In 2003, Carmen married former Red Hot chili Peppers member Dave Navarro, who was currently the guitarist for the band Jane’s Addiction. Before they got married, MTV shot a reality show entitled ‘Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen & Dave’, which chronicled the couple’s lives as they made preparations for the pending nuptials. In 2004, she had another small role in the movie version of the 1970’s TV show Starsky and Hutch, starring comedic actors Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson.

Though she has never achieved widespread mainstream fame and fortune as a singer, model or actress, Carmen Electra is still one of the most recognizable women in the United States. What a country. The sum total of her performance experiences, and her vivacious personality has gathered her enough attention to remain in the spotlight for some years to come. Carmen Electra is proof that you don’t need talent to make it in America.
